As you want to build a contact list, select a contact search with AI.

Searching for DPOs

You are looking, for example, for data protection officers in the Île-de-France region. The AI broadens the “data protection officer” role to a whole set of related functions: GDPR manager, CNIL (the French data-protection authority), CPO, Chief Privacy Officer, and so on.

Adding criteria

You can add, by hand, criteria related to the contact, but also to the type of company you want to target: NAF code (the French business-activity classification), turnover, headcount, location, and so on. The magnifying-glass zoom next to each contact lets you see the full title of the role found, including your job-function keywords.

Searching for directors

Another example: you are looking for directors over the age of 60 in the tech field, in companies with 10 to 200 employees in the Île-de-France region. Again, you run a contact search. The AI works automatically on the director’s age and looks for directors over 60; you can also work on the type of mandate.

For the tech field, the AI has chosen to keep only NAF codes around software publishing, computer programming, data, and so on. The headcount bracket is, again, filled in automatically: 10 to 200 employees. With this kind of query, many contacts are linked to several companies: this is normal for a director target, the first company then being treated as the main one.

Saving the data

Once your query is refined, save your contact list: give it a name and you will find it in the My lists tab.
