Prospecting directly from Mixdata? Here are a few tips to work more efficiently: geolocation, AI-assisted email writing, tags and notes.
Responsible for a given territory? Use geolocation. This module, available from the advanced company search, lets you locate companies within a given radius around a specific address.
You can combine this geolocation with every other criterion in Mixdata. It can also be applied within a list of customers or prospects you have built: you then search, inside that list, for the companies nearby. Very effective for planning a sales round.
Let the AI help you write your prospecting emails, whether from a contact search, a contact list or a contact shown directly on the company profile. Click the contact’s email, then the Generate with AI button.
The AI writes an email based on the characteristics of your own company, linked to your SIREN as the sender, and adapts to your recipient according to their role, the type of company and its location. You can of course edit this email however you like, then send it through your preferred email service.
Your email signature can be configured in the My account section, where you can personalise it. More impact, and more time to prospect better thanks to AI.
Add tags to the items in your lists to classify them. In a company list, for instance, you can tag companies as priority, not relevant or already contacted. Select the companies you want and click the Tag button: create a new tag on the fly or choose an existing one, the ‘priority’ tag for example.
Once confirmed, the chosen companies are tagged and these tags stay attached to them, whatever lists they belong to. In the Filter panel you can then filter your lists on the tags you have set up and find the tagged items. You can also tag a company straight from its profile by clicking the Add a tag icon.
The Tags tab lets you manage all your tags and see the number of tagged items, regardless of their lists. A single tag can apply to companies, contacts or websites alike.
To make lists easier to track, you can also add notes from a company profile with the Custom note button. Once saved, you can, as with tags, filter your lists on companies with or without notes.
