AI company search lets you target in natural language: Mixdata turns your request into criteria and enriches them.
Start by selecting a company search with AI.
In this example, you want to identify industrial companies specialising in wind power. You phrase this query in natural language. In the semantic search, the AI suggests keywords around wind power: wind farm, ‘parc éolien’, energy, and so on. It also selects NAF codes (the French business-activity classification) across both the industrial field and electricity generation.
The magnifying-glass zoom next to each company name lets you see where and in which semantic context your keywords were found: in the company name, in the stated business purpose, in the keyword cloud, in the web-page descriptions, in the page content, and so on.
You can of course add any other criterion of your choice by hand: location, turnover, financial risk, and so on.
Another example: you want to identify companies running warehouses in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Again, you phrase your company search through the AI. As there are specific NAF codes for the transport-and-warehousing activity, the AI selects these core-target codes by default.
It can still be worth also looking for industrial or commercial companies that run warehouses, using semantics. Building on this first query, you can ask the AI to broaden the search to the trade and industry NAF codes while adding semantics. The AI then adds these codes to your query and suggests keywords specific to the transport-and-warehousing field: storage, handling, and so on.
You can remove or add keywords as you wish, and adjust the number of occurrences of these keywords. The more occurrences you require, the more precise the results, but the fewer there are: a company is more likely to be at the heart of your target if it uses, say, three of the listed keywords. It is up to you to choose between a small number of highly targeted results and a broader selection, at the risk of a little more noise.
All that is left is to save your company list; you will find it in the My lists tab. You can also turn this search into an alert in one click, via the Create an alert icon: name the alert and you will automatically receive new leads matching your targeting criteria.
