AI-assisted targeting

You can build company lists, contact lists or website lists directly. The AI assists you with your targeting: you phrase your query in natural language. For example, “I’m looking for logistics directors in companies with more than 50 employees in the Île-de-France region”.

Mixdata selects the relevant criteria for you and enriches them. In the job-function search, it picks logistics directors, but also supply chain directors, VP logistics, and so on. It also selects the headcount brackets you want, the exact locations and any other criterion you phrased in natural language. You get 2,690 contacts.

Managing lists

You can save this contact list and name it, for example “Logistics directors Île-de-France”. You will find it again in the My lists tab, which brings together your contact lists, your company lists and your website lists.

Writing emails

If you prospect directly from Mixdata, the AI helps you write your prospecting email. To send a message to a contact, click Generate the message with AI. The email is written automatically, taking into account both your own company and the companies you want to target. You can of course edit this message however you like.

Searches and alerts

When you run a search, whether through the advanced search engine or through the AI (for example “warehouses in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region within the trade and industry NAF codes, the French business-activity classification”), your criteria are selected automatically. You can save this search using the Save this search icon and name it, for example “Warehouses Nouvelle-Aquitaine”.

You will find it again via the My saved searches icon and can recall it at any time. You can also turn this search into an alert with a single click on the Create an alert icon, then name it: you will find it in the My alerts tab. On an older alert, you can identify the incoming and outgoing entities linked to it: ideal for a steady supply of new leads.

Data history

All your lists are now kept with an automatic history. You can track every event that has affected an item in the list from the History icon in the My lists tab. For companies, tracking of all legal events: change of address, change of NAF code, patent, change of rating, change of director, and so on. For contacts, tracking of changes of role, email changes, and arrivals and departures. For websites, everything to do with technologies.

Similar companies

On every company record, the Similar icon shows you similar companies in the database, based on the keywords found on the website, the NAF codes, the turnover and the headcount. A similarity score, taking all of this data into account, is displayed.

Geolocation module

Available from the advanced search, the geolocation module lets your sales teams identify every company matching your targeting criteria within a given radius: ideal for planning a sales round. For any further information, feel free to contact your sales representative or the support team.
