The platform

From the sentence you type to the file in your CRM.

Search, read, monitor, export: four steps, one tool. Data is cleaned and enriched in the very place where you explore it, so there is no chain of tools to maintain just to reach a call list.

The six capabilities

Six capabilities, in the order you use them.

They are not used separately: a search produces a list, the list is worked on, and what comes out of it goes into your tools.

Describe the target rather than filter it

A sentence in everyday language starts the search: the engine infers the activity you mean and returns a first list, which the criteria then narrow down.

Open a market you don’t address yet

Criteria combine with no limit on the mix. A segment is tested and counted before a team is assigned to it, not after.

Keep a record of what was searched

A search is named, tagged and filed. Prospects, customers, suppliers and competitors sit in separate lists, and each stays available.

Export only the useful columns

Legal identity, annual accounts, website technologies, open positions, filed permits, addresses, work emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles: you keep what you export, and nothing else.

Let the data itself raise the alert

An alert is set on a saved list, and triggers on a legal event, a hire, or the arrival of a contact in a role you follow.

Make sense of a file you already hold

A table of company IDs, emails or website addresses goes in; it comes out with what the data knows about those companies, with no re-keying.

Step 1 · Search

Companies, contacts, websites: three objects, never mixed up.

The search works on three distinct units, and you move between them both ways: from companies to their contacts, from a website to the company that runs it.

Companies
14,113,243

Active, all with a company registration number, legal identity up to date.

Contacts
17,813,687

Decision-makers and operational staff, tied to their role and department. Searchable by first and last name.

Websites
1,609,130

Analysed page by page, tied to the companies that run them.

The detail of what you can combine is on the all targeting criteria page.

Step 2 · Read

Ten sections per company, from legal identity to look-alikes.

The profile answers the questions you ask before you pick up the phone: what this company lives on, who decides there, what it is hiring for, what it is building. The ten tabs can be read in any order you like.

01
Identity: Registered name, company ID, establishment ID, activity code, legal form, address.
02
Finances: Revenue, profit, headcount, capital, balance sheets.
03
Contacts: Decision-makers and operational staff, tied to their department.
04
Web & Social: Websites run, technologies detected, social networks.
05
Events: Legal events, from a change of leadership to a merger.
06
Hiring: Open positions, and what they reveal about plans.
07
News: What the company and the press publish about it.
08
Building permits: Filings and approvals, with their nature.
09
Company agreements: The collective agreements filed.
10
Look-alikes: Companies with a comparable profile, to widen the net.
Step 3 · Monitor

An alert is set on a list, not on a keyword.

01
Save

You name a list (companies, contacts or websites) and keep it. It is the list, not a keyword, that will be watched.

02
Choose the signal

A legal event, a hire, the arrival of a contact in a role you follow: you decide what should alert you.

03
Be notified

The signal reaches you the moment it appears, and the list updates on its own.

Step 4 · Export

Three outputs, depending on what you are working with.

Output 1

To your CRM

Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Sellsy. The export requires a configured connection between Mixdata and the tool.

Output 2

Through the API

Your own tools query the data and pull it in. The API option must be part of your subscription.

Output 3

As a file

The selection is exported as .csv or .xls with the columns you kept, and nothing
else.

The detail of the connectors and the API is on the CRM and API page.
