Here he takes a few minutes to explain why he chose Mixdata to support SendCloud&rsquo;s prospecting and growth in France.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Could you tell us more about SendCloud and what it does?<\/h5>\n<p>GL: <em>SendCloud was founded in 2012 by 3 e-merchants. <br \/>In France, SendCloud launched at the end of 2016 and the subsidiary was set up in Paris in August 2017. A team of 12 people is on hand to support French e-merchants. <\/em> <\/p>\n<figure><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sendcloud.fr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mixdata.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/logo-SC.png\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p><strong>SendCloud&rsquo;s goals and promises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The main aim is to support European e-merchants in their growth. We offer them a turnkey online shipping service. Our vision is to weave a network of carriers across Europe to make it easier for our customers to ship, but also to handle their parcel returns.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A few figures to go further:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently established in 5 countries in Europe. <\/li>\n<li>We offer a panel of 18 partner carriers.<\/li>\n<li>A team of 80 people across 3 sites actively helps optimise the shipping processes of our 10,000 e-merchant customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>What are the typical profiles of your customers, or of the prospects you&rsquo;re looking for?<\/h5>\n<p>GL: <em>We work exclusively with e-merchants who sell their products on online stores such as PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento or Shopify, or on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We currently target SMEs and key-account customers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>E-merchants with several online stores or marketplaces are particularly interested in our solution. We let them centralise all their orders on a single interface. <\/em><\/p>\n<h5>Why did you choose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mixdata.com\/en\/\">Mixdata<\/a>?<\/h5>\n<p>GL: <em>We had tried other tools before, but they didn&rsquo;t convince us. They were too incomplete. All thanks to the amount of information returned.<br \/>We can now target companies with several online stores.
